With the new integration, Taylor’s Forms on Demand, iMedConsent™, and Check-insolutions now have the following additional capabilities.
1. My Print Delivery Secure Pull Print allows Taylor users to send print jobs to a secure holding repository until they arrive at any enabled printer, identify themselves and then release their jobs. This provides roaming users with the ability to release print jobs at any convenient printer, and since the print jobs aren’t released until they are at a printer, it removes the security risk of having unattended documents with patient PHI laying around printers.
2. My Print Delivery Anywhere solution gives Taylor users the additional options to securely release print jobs, electronically view them and/or email them from local or remote locations. This enables users to securely retrieve the information they need to do their jobs and/or email documents like consent forms, care instructions, etc. to patients. This solution enables users to work where it is convenient and eliminates unnecessary contact with co-workers and patients where required by covid protocols.
3. Dir2Email solution automatically emails copies of patient portal information to patients. This secondary automated workflow makes it easier for patients to get their information. It is a more convenient workflow compared to requiring patients to remember where to go for their portal, remembering their password to login, finding/retrieving their documents, etc. It also eliminates printed pages during the admission process because many patients don’t want to handle printed documents when they know they will get them in their email.
